Sales Executive (1-7 yrs)

- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communication).

- 2 years of successful B2B2C experience

- In-depth knowledge and experience within a variety of industries

- Proven track record in sales with a demonstrated ability to negotiate with clients.

Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through outbound calling efforts on prospects identified as potentially needing our services. (Includes contacting the active in-house prospect list).

- Take 100% ownership for initial stages of sales development cycle: new business research, preliminary needs assessment/analysis and initial introduction and product demonstrations.

- Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions.

- Build strong relationships with prospects through regular and systematic follow up and contact programs.

- Work with sales team on sales pitch and prospect presentations and proposals.

- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, services, sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.

- Adhere to all quality standard, timelines and processes, for the acquisition of customer, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents.

- Develop effective working relationship with customers through regular calls and emails and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.

- Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, quotes and actively work towards addressing their issues/concerns.

Preferred Qualifications

- We strongly emphasize a consultative sales approach over "cold calling" approach.
