Sales Excellence Advisor - Global Management Consulting Firm - Contractual (7-18 yrs)

Our client (one of the large global management consulting firm) has asked us to help them with Sales and Marketing experienced in Cement, Tyres, FMCG, etc. (Skilled in Sales & Marketing, Leadership, Customer Service) for one of their large consulting engagement in India. This will be 4 months - 6 months of contractual role, extendable based on project requirements.

Our client (consulting firm) is undertaking a large Sales strategy transformation or improvement program in a large Cement Industry in India. The program involves improvements in sales and marketing and looks at Sales improvement opportunities. The program is for 1 years and already there is a team of consultants carrying out analysis and improvement idea generations on the ground. Now, there is a need of a strong Sales and Marketing, who can collate all improvement initiatives that are ongoing and provide timely insights to the consulting team on the implementation gaps and action needed

Resposibilities:

- To ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company's sales teams by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and various sales enablement tools and programs

- To drive commercial excellence through rigorous Sales MIS, facilitate organization to upgrade the ability in converting leads to pipeline, pipeline to order and order to revenue through robust deployment of salesforce and other tools/system.

- Facilitate and Drive use of Salesforce.com across sales teams

- Work on sales org deployment across all regions to ensure both appropriate coverage and capacity to attain AOP

- Identify Training needs for Sales associates and drive Product and Sales Competency Trainings

- Provide valuable data analytics, predictive data to Business for decision making

- Prepare KPI based Dashboards for regular reviews

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required

- 7 + years of experience in a Sales Excellence role in FMCG, Cement and in B2B vertical.

- Experience supporting and coaching sales leaders in an Enterprise Sales organization

- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability

- Strong collaborator and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM system
