Sales Engineer - IT (2-7 yrs)
Bharti Soft Tech Pvt Ltd is a France based IT Company having offices in India and Germany. We deliver a complete range of online services and products to a large international client base.
We- re seeking highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers, create relationships with them and negotiate with them and persuade them to buy the products/services that the company can offer to them
- Build productive and trust-based relationships with customers
- Set quarterly sales targets
- Respond to customers- incoming phone calls and register customer data in CRM
- Identify and analyze competitors
- Offer new ideas to increase sales
- Prepare weekly & monthly sales reports
Required Skills :
- Have 3 to 5 years- experience in sales (preferably with B2B companies or similar)
- Strong in Microsoft Office and with well-developed Internet skills
- Have strong communication skills (both Spoken & Written)
- Be motivated, creative, energetic with teamwork spirit
- Have the power to track customers and ability to report and analyze customer data
- BBA/ MBA degree in Degree in one of the fields of management, economics, industrial engineering or other relevant field
