Role and Responsibilities
1. Drive Sales for IOT, CBM, OM, Metaline offerings with a focus on Navy, Coast Guard, CISF, BSF, Army, Shipyards such as Mazgaon Docks, Cochin Dockyards, L&T Shipyard, Homa Shipyards, Other Private Shipyards customers in the Defence & PSU sector.
2. Build Customer Delight score to 4.5 across all Customers
3. Create Prospect List of 150 Customers, and build a database of Market Intelligence through visit reports.
4. Ensure timely collections to ensure a payment cycle of < 45 days.
