Job description-

- Drive Sales to Rs. 10 crores in 1st year, and 45 crores over 3 years for Engine Solutions, IOT, CBM, OM Solutions, Soteco offerings with a focus on Land Rigs, Offshore Rig customers in the Oil & Gas sector.

- Within this revenue target, add 10 new Customers who will provide 1 crore revenue, and increase the sales of Extensave offerings to Rs. 10 crores.

- Build Customer Delight score to 4.5 across all Customers.

- Create Prospect List of 150 Customers, and build a database of Market Intelligence through visit reports.

- Ensure timely collections to ensure a payment cycle of < 45 days.

- Sales and After Sales Service of Rotating and Hydraulic Equipment - Engines, Pumps, Motors, Propulsion Systems

- Selling to Oil and Gas Upstream (ideally, Production)

- Sales and After Sales Service of Mud Pumps, Alternators, Drawers Background
