Job Description:
1) Coordinate and interact with customer and understand their requirement.
2) To meet customer expectations in terms of delivery, quality and service.
3) Plan and schedule monthly product requirement.
4) Maintain share of business and ensure material is inwarded as per plan.
5) Maintain Warehouse and Transit Inventory.
6) Settle warranty claims and send parts to Corporate QA for investigations.
7) Monitor payment collections.
8) Attending line complaints.
Key Skills:
The Ideal candidate would be a First Class D.M.E. / D.A.E. having 3 -5 years experience in an auto ancillary industry have experience of handling OEM customers. Graduate Engineers also welcome.
