Sales/Education Counselling Role (0-3 yrs)
- Should be able to guide students in choosing our course & counsel them on the same
- Tackle all challenges raised by students & parents
- Should be able to show a career path to a student through our course.
- Providing full information to the students about the course
- Collect all required documents related to education and loan requirements
- Coordinating for fee collection only first EMI
- Coordinating with students till the academic team takes over
- Setting the right expectations for the students
- Candidate should have good convincing skills.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
