Sales Development Role - SaaS/MarTech (2-8 yrs)
Sales Development Representative in Bangalore.

Role :
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media and other innovative methods.
- Collaborate with the sales team to research into target accounts, stay up-to-date on industry and market trends, be surgical in identifying customers' needs.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team for further engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage lead generation activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
We Require :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in the B2B SaaS or MarTech space.
- Willingness to work in night shifts from the office
- Proven success in outbound lead generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong articulation, objection handling and acumen to hold conversations with CXO, VP, Director and Manager profiles.
