Sales Development Role - SaaS Firm (3-8 yrs)

The Role

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic & driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and be responsible for finding and screening potential customers who can benefit from our products and services.

Main Responsibilities of Sales Development Representative (SDR)

- Building the sales funnel by generating leads via personalized outreach to potential customers

- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.

- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.

- Passing qualified leads to the Account Executive with the objective of closing the sale.

- Schedule appointments, demos and introduce leads to their new point of contact

- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.

- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.

Ideal Profile :

- You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

- You have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing.

- You are comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (eg. Salesforce)

- You have a proven track record in building good client relationships and meeting/exceed sales targets.

- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

- You are results driven, tenacious and a strong team player.
