Sales Development Role - SaaS Firm (0-2 yrs)

- 0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in outbound sales or lead generation.

- Should have SaaS based product B2B experience.

- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls and engage with potential clients to generate leads and opportunities. You will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and fueling our revenue growth. Key Responsibilities :

Outbound Calling : Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients with the goal of identifying and qualifying leads.

Lead Generation : Conduct thorough research to identify and target prospects who fit our ideal customer profile.

Engagement : Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points.

Qualification : Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their potential to become valuable customers.

Database Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead information in our CRM system.

Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and opportunities.

Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to improve your effectiveness in the role.
