Job Description :

- You will be the face of the company. Your responsibilities will include managing the outbound pipeline and coming up with winning strategies to generate demand. Your role will be cross-functional and you'll get to work closely with the leadership team in a flat non-hierarchical culture.

You will be a great fit for this role if you have :

- Hands-on experience with multiple outbound sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.

- At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling & emailing

- Great communication to connect with prospects

- Been in a quota-carrying role

Your responsibilities :

- Proactively build a pipeline for our sales reps to close.

- Identify ideal customer profiles and consistently deliver on SQL targets by executing outbound sales activities

- Contacting potential prospects through cold calls, emails, and various other touchpoints

- Leverage our tech stack (Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Klenty, and HubSpot) and intent data to reach prospects.

- Research accounts to understand the customer's need, perform effective follow-up, and generate interest

- Schedule 10-20 qualified demos per month

Your qualifications :

- Minimum 1 year as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS.

- An exceptional love for sales and prospecting

- A curious, hunter mindset and relentless hunger to learn and grow.

- Proactive problem-solving skills

- Have excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Are flexible - things change around here. FAST

- Are tech-savvy (we're a tech company y'all!)

- Have experience in selling Sales/MarTech tools (not mandatory, but gives you an edge)

- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to build a personal brand on Linkedin and other social platforms (good to have)
