Job Description :
Location : Maharashtra
CTC : 6 + Incentive + Other benefits
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
- Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets with the customers- requirements.
- Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
- Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visits and convert the lead to sales.
- Cross-sell/Up-sell products.
- Assuring that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given.
Criteria Required :
Experience in Sales and Marketing at least 2 Years
Local residents for some time should have a natural market in that location.
