Sales Development Role - IT (1-5 yrs)

- We are currently seeking goal-oriented and driven Sales Representatives to join our product- Engage With sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will mainly be involved in outbound calling for India region taking the main responsibility to sell the company's products and services to potential clients/ customers by performing cold calls and sales presentations. The goal of the role is to successfully deliver the product sales pitch and lead potential buyers toward converting based on the product strategies.

- This job requires a mandatory technical sales background with good communication skills and the ability to converse engagingly with clients.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct research to identify potential clients within the target market (India) and utitilize various sources such as online platforms, industry directories, and networking events to generate a pipeline of qualified leads.

- Contact prospective customers/clients and initiate outbound calls.

- Understand and promote the company's products and services.

- Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their business challenges, needs, and goals.

- Work with the company's software to log customer interactions and maintaining customer records.

- Coordinating sales and marketing activities and delivering on projects using multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).

- Preparing pricing plans, quota/ knowledge using CRM software.

- Meeting sales goals - monthly sales goals, activity goals, etc and track and report on key performance metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in a similar business development, lead generation, or sales role in a B2B SaaS product domain.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.

- Familiarity with Zoho CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

- Knowledge of the HR industry or employee engagement solutions is a bonus
