Sales Development Role - IT (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build Target Account lists and contacts using Sales Tools
- Conduct outreach campaigns through Email Automation Tools
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Conduct Primary research on the Target accounts and filter based on predefined criteria
What type of Candidates are we looking for :
- One - Two years of relevant sales experience within 6 months of SDR Experience
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
- Experience of working with a CRM
- Fair understanding of Sales Metrics
- Exposure to working in mid-sized start-ups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail
- Candidates who have a flair for Sales and want to have a career in Sales
