- Graduate with 1 to 3 years experience working in B2B SaaS/IT sales.

- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.

- Well versed with both the Indian and international market regions

- Entrepreneurial attitude with a growth mindset to learn new things and flourish in a high-growth startup.

- Create a very strong customer database for building a quality pipeline.

What you need to have/ bring to the table :

- Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role

- Proficient in the sales process

- Track record of achieving sales targets

- Experience with sales automation and CRM tools is a plus.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong integrity, empathy, and professionalism.

- Results driven
