Sales Development Representative

- CloudVandana is looking for passionate and self-motivated candidates with a strong desire to start a career in sales to join our growing Sales team. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated, curious, self-starter, able to identify and develop leads and opportunities from multiple sources. Only freshers will be considered for this role.

Shift Time : 6 AM - 3 PM

Job Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation :

1. Identify and research potential leads and prospects using various tools and sources.

2. Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to meet or exceed sales targets.

Data Cleaning :

1. Regularly clean and update the CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead information.

2. Validate contact information, company details, and other relevant data.

Email Outreach :

1. Monitor and track email campaign performance, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.

2. Follow up on email responses and inquiries promptly.

LinkedIn Outreach :

1. Identify and connect with key decision-makers and prospects on LinkedIn.

2. Engage with potential leads through direct messages and comments on relevant posts.

Campaign Analysis :

1. Analyze the performance of lead generation and outreach campaigns.

2. Track key metrics such as conversion rates, response rates, and ROI.

3. Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

Pipeline Management :

1. Maintain a detailed record of leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.

2. Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation and sales activities.

Collaboration :

1. Work closely with the sales team and sales manager to align efforts and strategies.

2. Share insights and feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.

Skills Required :

- Ability to use a variety of communication platforms such as email, LinkedIn, and other social media outreach platforms.

- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel

- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time productively.

- Willingness to work in different time zones.
