Sales Development Role - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking for an outgoing and dedicated Sales Development Representative who is interested in a rewarding career in insurance sales.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop relationships with independent insurance agents within the agency channel.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agency channel.
- Train and support agents on our insurance products, processes, and systems.
- Coordinate with other teams within the company to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to agents and policyholders.
Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Any Field of Sales
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
