Sales Development Role - HR Solutions/Services (1-4 yrs)
A sales executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and help them make informed decisions for purchasing company's HRMS application.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Executing cold calls and proactively generating leads.
2. Conducting compelling presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
3. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve and surpass targets.
4. Engaging in thorough industry research, including competitive analysis.
5. Identifying and exploring potential new markets and clients based on your deep knowledge of our products and their users.
6. Providing valuable support to the sales department as needed.
