Sales Development Role - ERP (1-5 yrs)
Sales Development Representative
Locations: Mumbai/ Remote (Post Pandemic the candidate will have to relocate)
Experience: 1-3 years
Our client is the world's top 100% open source ERP which supports manufacturing, distribution, retail, trading, services, education, non profits and healthcare.
- Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inbound leads.
- Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
- Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
- Following-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase the product.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mandatory requirement :
- If experienced then from B2B companies in the sales segment
- Currently, work from home, post-pandemic at the office location in Mumbai
- Working in USA shifts from 5 pm-2 pm on a rotational basis.
