We are hiring for a data driven sales organization focused on achieving maximum selling potential. Their services include Sales Consulting, Sales Training, Market Research and running Personalized Email Campaigns.

The Job :

Key responsibilities areas :

- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for client partners.

- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.

- Consistently achieve the monthly quota of qualified opportunities.

- Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, automation tools like Outplay, Reply.io, LinkedIn Sales navigator, Pipedrive CRM).

Ideal Candidate :

Key Competencies :

- Up to 2 years of experience, preferably in roles generating B2B leads by running email campaigns, cold calling, and social selling.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a commanding desire to learn and succeed can also apply.

- Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of product selling points via cold calling.

- Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

- Drive to work and excel independently.

- Active on LinkedIn.

- Undergraduate degree in Business or a related field.

- Fast learner with excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

- Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions (especially US Shift).

- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRMs like Pipedrive/Zoho/Salesforce.

- Strong ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.

- Competitive - the attitude to outwork everyone around and drive to perform beyond expectations.

- Passionate, energetic, and persuasive.

- Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejections.

- Strong analytical and reasoning skills. Ability to learn new concepts quickly.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teams.

- Flexible, coachable, and able to adjust on the fly. Willing to deliver and receive feedback.

- Proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
