Roles & Responsibilities :


- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Capable of managing a viable sales pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities, utilizing Salesforce to document progress

- Develop new customer relationships by engaging prospective customers via phone, email and LinkedIn

- Demonstrate willingness to adapt to and embrace changing business priorities

- Is eager to educate and engage both clients and colleagues

- Ability to manage a full-cycle sales process, from initial discovery to close

- Ability to assist with the creation of repeatable, scalable, sales processes

- Working closely with our Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, to consistently better the client experience

- Onboard new clients & maintain existing customers by providing value in the services offered, solve customer challenges and proactively mitigate churn
