Role : Sales Development Representative (Telecaller, Cold Calling)

Location : Remote (India)

- We are targeting startups, Small and medium enterprises (SME) outside India (mainly USA clients)

- We are on the hunt for a charismatic, enthusiastic, and experienced Telecaller to join our vibrant Sales Development team. As part of this dynamic role, you will reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, presenting our suite of services, arranging client meetings, and driving our sales pipeline forward.

Here's what we are looking for in our ideal candidate :

1. Great English Speaking Skills : Since our customers are mainly from the USA, we need you to have excellent spoken English, just like a native speaker

2. Good at Following Scripts & Thinking on Your Feet : You'll have a script to help you, but being able to change it according to the situation will be crucial for doing well.

3. Can Work in US Hours : Our customers are in the USA, so we need you to work from 7 PM to 4 AM IST, Monday to Friday. If this works for you, then we want you!

4. Experience in Cold Calling : We like people who have experience in cold calling, especially if you've worked with US customers before. Even if you do not have sales experience but worked in a call centre dealing with USA clients, you are welcome to apply.

5. Toughness : Cold calling can be hard. If you do well when things get tough and don't let rejections bring you down, then you're the strong person we're looking for.

6. Dedication : Your willingness to follow up with potential customers and make that extra call can make a big difference in getting good results.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Cold calling to prospective clients to book meetings

2. Manage Sales pipeline by consistent follow-ups.

3. Discuss our offerings to clients on a call and gauge their interest for our services.
