Sales Development Representative - SaaS Products (2-6 yrs)

Outplay is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual who is passionate to work as a front-line Sales Development Representative from India Location. The SDR will work with a defined process to nurture prospects and accounts through various stages and warm them up in the sales cycle.

Launched in November 2019 with a team of 12 and now we are 20 (adding 20 more by end of 2021). We Outplayers are actively looking to add more Outplayers to the team and serve more sales teams across the globe.

Responsibilities :

1. Generating qualified leads for Outplay by rigorously prospecting and researching in the given region/market.

2. Outbound via calls, email and social selling campaigns.

3. Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to create opportunities.

4. Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.

5. Use our very own tool to write multi-touch killer sequences, timely follow ups and book meetings.

6. Being creative with writing emails/ Inmails and objection handling..

Qualifications :

1. 2-5 years experience in SaaS Sales or Technical Sales.

2. Must be active on LinkedIn posting content and engaging with others, Savvy with CRMs like Salesforce is must.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Hungry, positively aggressive, curious, and creative

5. Startup and growth company mentality, weathered for rapid rates of change

6. Great listener and quick thinker with an inquisitive nature.

7. You should be a competitive, self-motivated individual with a strong desire to win.

As it's a 100% remote job, you are free to work in pyjamas being at home and it's mandatory to work in US shift timings.
