It is being used by several Fortune 500 companies in more than 25 countries. We are headquartered in California with our offshore centre in Hyderabad. You will be working as part of a niche team, in a very fast paced environment.

Job Role :

At SmartWinnr we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That's why we- re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our product. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, start new relationships, and set our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase SmartWinnr in a compelling way.

Objectives of this Role : 

- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects

- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps

- Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Cold call, and email to generate new sales opportunities

- Use LinkedIn and other sources to search for prospects

- Update Pipedrive with call details

- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities

- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives

- Report to sales manager with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Requirements : 

- 1 year of experience making cold calls, with a history of exceeding lead targets

- Strong communication skills via phone and email

- American accent is an added advantage

- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

Preferred Qualifications : 

- Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of making cold calls and achieving sales quotes
