Salary Range: 3.6 LPA to Rs. 4.80 LPA fixed+ Rs. 1 LPA variable

We are looking to hire smart and passionate folks for our customer support team. The customer support team takes care of technical account management for all our customers. They help troubleshoot and resolve issues that customers might have, and provide assistance as and when required. You would also be expected to setup the account for the clients
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.
- Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like outreach, Linkedin Inmails, etc.)
- Tie up leads that will turn into the business through persistence.
- Learn, leverage and help evolve our demand generation process
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
- Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
- Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
- Take product demos to customers and follow up post demos
- 1+ years prior sales experience (within a Software/High Tech company is a plus)
- Confident in taking and explaining the technical details of the product
- Fearless attitude - willing to take intelligent risks
- Hard-working and willing to achieve a high volume of outbound calling activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona.
