Sales Development Representative - IT (3-8 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Play a vital role in pipeline growth & revenue attainment through the generation of Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for the sales team and scheduling of phone-based and / or face-to-face meetings within Enterprise accounts.

- Initiate contact with suspects and prospects, creating initial interest and positioning UMENIT SOLUTIONS LLP services and offerings.

- Build credibility and strong working relationships with decision makers who do not show initial interest in our offerings, but may need our solutions in future.

- Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects, timelines, business benefits, technical fit, key contacts and budget.

- The primary goal is to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization. To achieve this, they need to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.

Skills Required :

- 3+ years of experience in prospecting and lead generation in the Software Industry.

- Must have worked on bidding sites.

- Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.

- Excellent communication skills, vocal and written, coupled with receptive listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
