Sales Development Representative - IT (1-3 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Build Target Account lists and contacts using Sales Tools

2. Conduct outreach campaigns through Email Automation Tools

3. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

4. Conduct Primary research on the Target accounts and filter based on pre-defined criteria

5. Unearth the pain points/ challenges of the prospect

6. Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects

7. Trigger the 1st wave of communication to convert cold prospects into interested parties

8. Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition using email/ LinkedIn

9. Leverage & update the CRM with relevant information

What type of Candidates are we looking for :

1. One - Two years of relevant sales experience within 6 months of SDR Experience

2. Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.

3. Experience of working with a CRM

4. Far understanding of Sales Metrics

5. Exposure to working in mid-sized start-ups

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

7. Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail

8. Candidates who have a flair for Sales and want to have a career in sales
