Sales Development Representative - Conversational Commerce Services (1-3 yrs)

CM.com is a listed company that provides Conversational Commerce services from its privately-owned cloud platform with 100% in-house developed software.

About the Position :

- We are currently seeking energetic Sales Development Representatives(SDRs). This position is an integral part of our sales engine. SDRs are a specialized group of individuals always - hunting- for high-value opportunities.

- SDRs are focussed on the front end of the sales cycle and be the face of the company This individual must be a highly motivated, outgoing, self-starter who is able to identify and develop opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, and individual research.

- The incumbent is expected to excel in this role and pave his/her own path to become a successful Enterprise Sales Rep in the next 18-24 months.

Purpose : 


- Responsible for generating a funnel of outbound leads/ prospects so as to enable conversion by the Sales team.

Responsibilities : 

1. Research accounts from the addressable market, identify potential opportunities for business, identify potential stakeholders/decision-makers and interface with them to generate interest for CM.com's product offerings.

2. Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the given region/ market/ industry. Information about MEDDIC is a plus

3. Being the face of CM.com's and introducing the company and the product to the prospects so as to generate a funnel.

4. Write creative communication (emails/ Inmails) to grab the attention of prospects.

5. Ideate and innovate methods to improve SDR metrics

Requirement :

1. Highly competitive personality

2. Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual

3. Minimum of 1- 3 years previous outbound prospecting experience

4. Clear, compelling, and competent communication across email, social media, and the phone

5. Knowledge and use of CRM, Outreach and LinkedIn highly preferred

6. Creative, perseverant and not afraid to fail

7. Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills

8. Have the grit to handle rejections efficiently.

9. A desire to grow and advance a career in sales

- Funnel size

- Conversion rates
