Experience : 3 to 6 years in any FINANCIAL SALES JOB
Salary Offered : Rs 22,000 pm +Other Allowances

- Candidates applying, should be aware of GENERAL INSURANCE. They need to RECRUIT AGENTS as per IRDA guide lines and train and motivate them to sell general insurance policies. TheSDO's PRIMARY job is to RECRUIT A LARGE NO OF IRDA AGENTS and FULFILL this own TARGET as well as to see that the AGENT are also developing ( HAND HOLDING AT ALL TIMES )under his leadership.
- SDO must also DEVELOP THE MOTOR DEALER CHANNELso that he can also bring out business from this channel
- SDO are also assigned the BANCA CHANNEL
