- We're seeking a sales Development manager who will be in the role of inspiring and handling a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
Job Description :
- Monitor, review and guide their performance periodically
- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
- Prepare shareholder reports on the development of your business effort.
- Manage risks and establish quarterly goals for achievements.
- Establish local networks and sources within the territory to find qualified new Agent candidates
- Recognize sales opportunities in leads from marketing activities.
- Ensure that every regulatory requirement, company policies, and procedures are followed.
- Collaborate together with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of goods and services.
Candidate Profile :
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree
- Experience : 2+ Years in Field Sales
- Age : 22 to 38 Years
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
