Sales Development Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5 - 7 years

MUST-HAVES :

- Have at least 5 years of combined relevant experience in sales development or sales

- Must have SAAS and Product sales Work Experience

- Have at least 3 years of experience in managing a sales development team

- Experience in the North American Market

- The candidate must be from a b2b Background only

Requirements :

- Have at least 5 years of combined relevant experience in sales development or sales

- Have at least 3 years of sales development management experience, with a demonstrated track record of team success and meeting quota

- Must have experience working with account-based strategies in North America, and understanding local differences -and messaging

- Must understand how to create messaging by persona to properly personalize outreach

- Must have a thorough understanding of account-based prospecting strategies

- Familiarity working closely with marketing teams to leverage content, events, and other sales enablement assets to help drive conversions

Responsibilities

- Partner with the head of sales development and head of marketing in North America to hit targets and pipeline

- Work with the local sales development team to help build sales pipeline through a mixture of outbound and inbound account selecting, prospecting, and follow up cadences

- Build a culture of performance and accountability within the SDR team, taking ownership for consistently achieving individual and team objectives and quota

- Provide coaching and support with the goal of developing the sales skills of the team, ultimately developing individual careers and creating an environment for growth

- Drive adoption of best practice processes across the team; aligning approach with global SDR teams

- Provide detailed reporting on team's activities and performance as well as accurate forecasts to North American leadership
