Sales Development Manager - Loan (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Oversee, choose, acclimate, and ready a team of sales development representatives
- Prepare Sales Development Representatives for sales so that the company will consider them for internal promotion
- Motivate group members with creative incentives
- Examine SDR dashboards to verify data correctness, team advancement toward goals, and prompt and suitable action
- Establish protocols and best practices for groups
- Promote exceptional performance by motivating, honoring, and praising team members; select, train, and manage a team of sales development agents
- Indicate expectations for pipeline creation and performance-based metrics
- Seek out chances to progress; carefully carry out fixes
- Report both group and individual performance frequently
