Sales Development Manager - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Looking for Sales Development Manager for our leading life insurance company who can recruit agent and handle team.
CTC : up to 4 LPA+ other benefits
Job Responsibilities :
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the Bank channel partners
- Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy
- Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions
- Hence may require some travel locally at channel partner location to meet customer/client.
- Providing pre- and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
- Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum 2 Years in any Sales Experience
- Local network required
