Sales Development Manager - Life Insurance (1-4 yrs)

Roles and responsibilities :
- The Sales Manager's Team is in charge of recruiting the team (Life Insurance Advisors) through their personal and professional networks.
- Fostering trusting relationships with the team and the clients.
- Pay attention to managing the sales team, the geographic coverage, and the spread.
- Gather leads from the general public.
- Assemble, train, inspire, and counsel a group of sales reps.
- Fieldwork to reach as many customers as possible

Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Graduate / MBA
- Experience : 1 to 4 years of agency channel exposure
- Age : Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
