Sales Development Manager - Life Insurance (1-3 yrs)
- We are seeking a driven Manager to lead agency performance. The manager's responsibilities include identifying weaknesses and drawing up improvement plans, setting and meeting monthly targets, and liaising with clients to ensure improved service and product delivery.
Job Roles :
- Grooming and Growth as a sales leader in the Life Insurance industry.
- Researching and sourcing conceivable customers in the whole market
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Making cold calls to attract conceivable customers
- Organize sales visit for business development.
- Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents

- Minimum 1 years experience in Field sales
- Locality is required
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA
- Good communication Skills with attractive presentation
