Sales Development Manager - Life Insurance (1-2 yrs)
- We are seeking to hire a Manager in Banca Channel for India's Leading Life Insurance Company.
Job Purpose :
- To manage a single branch of the selected bank. To improve the number of customers generated through bank branches, implement business development activities. to achieve the sales target. to maintain great relationships with bank managers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Taking care of current and prospective bank customers for our banking partners.
- Create a lead of potential clients from bank staff.
- Establish communication with the officers and managers of our channel partners.
- Support clients and partners' workers before and after-sales.
- Assist your group in converting leads into sales.
- Determine the customer's financial needs and recommend an appropriate insurance policy.
- Secure life insurance transactions with designated banking and brokerage partners.
Desired Candidates Profile :
- Qualification : Graduation in any stream
- Experience : Minimum 1 to 2 years in Sales of Banking/Insurance
- Age should be between 21 to 38 Years.
Key Skills Required :
- Good communication skills
- Superior abilities in presentation, negotiating and listening
- Ability to develop systematic sales strategies
- Ability to position products/services against competitors.
