Sales Development Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruits, employs and trains new sales representatives.
- Maintains client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance, as well as researching and recommending new possibilities.
- Do market research to identify selling possibilities and client wants.
- Comprehensive understanding of bargaining techniques and marketing approaches
