Sales Development Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
The person in this position is responsible for recruiting and developing other sales leaders as well as building and maintaining relationships with business owners and employees by offering financial protection benefits at the worksite.
Responsibilities :
- Team handling role (min 6-8 members).
- Co-ordination with out-sourced agencies for NCL Collection.
- Need to manage Agency for collections.
- Early morning 6 am should be in field.
- Individual target and team target will be fixed every month.
- Delivering Targets communicated by Collections Head.
- Ensure regulatory compliance & adherence to management model.
- Monitory all collections processes within the area including branch Cash reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate
- Min 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities.
