Sales Development Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
To join our sales team, we have an opening for a motivated sales Development manager. Creating leads, making sales calls, and achieving sales goals are all responsibilities of the sales manager.
Responsibilities:
- Hire agents to generate new customer leads.
- meeting with new clients
- Generate a new business plan.
- Assist the group to achieve the objective.
- Motivate them by training them.
- Lead a team of people.
Desired Candidate profile:
- Any Graduate.
- 2+ Years of Exp. in Sales and Marketing.
- Age: 21 to 37 years.
- Local candidate is preferable.
- Good communication skills
