Sales Development Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Job Description:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business leads and expand existing customer relationships.

- Build and manage a team of sales development representatives, providing coaching, training, and mentoring to ensure their success.

- Set targets and KPIs for the sales development team, and track progress against these goals.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales development activities with overall sales and marketing strategy.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for business growth.

- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales development activities, and make recommendations for improvements.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Skills:

- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.

- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
