Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Hire and Train Sales Team
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile:
- A Graduate degree
- Within the age group of 24 to 38 years,
- Who has been a local resident for min 4 years
- At least 2 years experience of in field sales
- Should have a good market network
