Sales Development Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
A Field Sales Development Manager is needed to join our Field Sales Team, and this is an excellent chance. We have a position. In your role as a field sales executive, you'll communicate directly with our client to provide a top-notch customer experience, as well as to expand your client's current clientele and attract new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Motivating the advisers to meet the company-set sales goals.
- Manage and oversee the advisers' performance while also providing on-the-job training.
- Managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Continue committed to the insurance coverage obtained by the advisory team in order to maximise overall team profitability.
- Regular client visits.
- Help the entire team accomplish the goal.
Desired Candidate profile:
- Any Graduate.
- 2+ Years of Exp. in Sales and Marketing.
- Age: 21 to 37 years.
- Local candidate is preferable.
- Good communication skills
