Job Description :

- Create and put into action sales strategies to generate new business leads and expand existing customer relationships.

- Create and manage a sales development team, providing coaching, training, and mentoring to ensure their success.

- Set goals and KPIs for the sales development team and track their progress towards them.

- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that sales development activities are in line with overall sales and marketing strategy.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business growth opportunities.

- Data and analytics can be used to assess the effectiveness of sales development activities and make recommendations for improvement.

- Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, partners, and industry influencers.

- Ensure that all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations, are followed.

Skills :

- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.

- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
