Sales Development Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for Sales Development Manager who will be responsible for leading the business and creating an opportunity for sales team.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Staff managers must be strong leaders who display passion in their work.
- They must possess excellent communication skills, often both written and verbally.
- They must be assertive, patient, resilient, professional, organized, rational and often creative.
- They also must be experts in their company's policies, guidelines and mission, making sure members of their staffs understand them as well
Responsibilities :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
