Sales Development Manager - Insurance (2-11 yrs)
Job Purpose:
To generate leads and sell Life insurance policies to customers. To develop relationships with potential clients and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Identifying and engaging with potential customers to promote life insurance products and services.
- Conducting sales presentations and explaining the benefits of life insurance policies to customers.
- Building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest products and services offered by company.
- Providing feedback to the management team on customer needs and preferences.
- Attending training sessions and other professional development opportunities to improve your sales skills and knowledge.
- Collaborating with other sales team members and sharing best practices to improve overall performance.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Skills And Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years- experience in Sales and Marketing
- Graduation Required
- Should have a vehicle
- Good communication skills
