Job Description :

- Putting together a staff of commission-based financial advisors.

- Offer them instruction on the items.

- Determining the potential clients.

- Inform them of the position.

- Encouraging them to bring in business.

- Joint fieldwork with Agency partners and consultants to source insurance policies


- Monthly income and goal-setting exercise

- As part of the issuing procedure, cases that were pending for documentation and medicals were cleared.

- Teach advisors how to meet monthly goals and targets.

Candidate profile :

- Mandatory graduation degree

- One to three years of sales and marketing/BFSI experience

- Not for part-time use

- The ideal candidate will be capable of contributing significantly to the company, mature, and self-assured.

- Strong supporter of building relationships at all levels in order to accomplish corporate goals.
