Sales Development Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)

Lead a dynamic team of insurance agents to drive sales growth and meet business targets in the life insurance sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. In the Sales Development Manager role, you will be
2. Training and developing agents on commission basis.
3. Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.
4. Recruiting agents
5. Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents & update Sales.
6. Management System.
7. Promote & motivate agents for Career progression program to make them join the organization.
8. Promote agents to use the Agent Portal & CRM for managing their customer & cross selling them for different products.
Requirements :
Age Limit : Upto 38 years
Qualification: Graduate in any field ( For Diploma: 10+2 & 3 years in Diploma )
Experience: Minimum 1 year in field sales
(Note: Must be a local person for 3-4 years in his/her place of stay.)
