Sales Development Manager - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We have openings for sales professionals with backgrounds in field sales and marketing. As a Sales Development Manager, it will be your duty to maximise sales of the company's products and services as you make sure that the sales process works successfully.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit Business Associate and advisors
- Coordinate for the regulatory trainings
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly choreography
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Business Associate meetings
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month
- Joint field work along with business associates and advisors to source insurance policy
- Drive business submission and issuances

Candidate Requirement:
Graduation in Any Stream
Mini. 1 to 2 Years in sales and Marketing for Field Work
Attractive Personality and good communication skills
