Sales Development Manager - Insurance (1-4 yrs)

Job role :
- The chosen applicant will be in charge of managing and growing our agency network, boosting sales, and creating fresh business opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent leadership and communication skills, and have a history of success in agency channel sales management in the life, health, or general insurance industries.
- Manage and grow our network of agencies, including bringing on new partners and strengthening ties with current ones.
- Create and implement sales strategies to promote expansion and achieve revenue goals.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and report findings on a regular basis to senior management.
- Uphold solid connections with important parties, such as clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Working knowledge of the life, health, or general insurance industries' agency channel sales management.
- strong familiarity with insurance services and products.
- A track record of achievement in growing sales, managing agency networks, and hitting revenue goals.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and mentor agency sales teams.
Minimum requirements:
- Graduate freshers or candidates with experience of 1 - 4 years
- Experience in customer facing roles in any industry; prior experience in Sales And Marketing industry is mandatory
- Graduate from a reputed institute
- Extensive skills in verbal communication: Local Language proficiency with working knowledge of English
