- FMCG field sales & trade marketing experience.

- The person shall be one point of contact for all co-ordination related to sales in North India, Kerala,Tamil Nadu & North east.

- He will also responsible for analyzing the productivity at all levels(SO-ASH) recommending strategies for improving sales .

- Devise the annual sales strategy document for the organization along with the VP-Sales.

- Plan and implement the reach to market strategy to grow numeric and weighted distribution. Ensure best in class rural and urban distribution in terms of quantity as well as quality of distribution

- Design and implement Loyalty Programme for sales team as well as distributors to drive specific distribution (Productivity, lines sold, drop size etc.) and brand (new brand launch GTM, distribution push for an existing brand etc.) objectives

- Design and drive key S&D and trade marketing initiatives to enhance power brand, new brand revenue

- Design, manage and implement the yearly internal sales team contest. Also, design and implement the yearly distributor performance, wholesale and key account loyalty programs.

- Oversee sales force automation and distributor management system. Roll out the same to 80% volume contributing WDs. Continuously train the sales team on using the data in an efficient manner

- Design, manage and implement customised sales training programs at a defined frequency across different regions

- Should have good communication & presentation skills
